The word itself is tied to the butterfly, and even to my name, Vanessa, which is a genus of butterflies. It’s become a sacred metaphor in my life and work, a reminder that we are always growing, shifting, unfolding.
So in this meditation, I guide you through that same transformation from cocoon to flight as if you are the butterfly.
